IG is only one metric of popularity with many variables. He's not in the stratosphere of notoriety necessary to fight Conor nor even a Diaz.

Ikram main evented a fight night out of pure desperation to find Bobby an opponent and due to where he's from and has trained with in relation to the location of said event; not a meaningful comparison, and off-topic to boot.

Nobody knows who Ikram is, and despite all his followers, nobody knows who Shara is outside a certain geographic and cultural demographic. This means he's not marketable enough to main event in a big fight any time soon nor fight any legitimate stars, which was the point of my response.
