If Shaq had been born in Brazil he wouldn't have become an MMA fighter. Only poor guys in favelas train MMA. Shaq would never have been poor in Brazil because he could have joined a circus or other menagerie of the weird and freakish. Or he could have played goalie for a soccer club.

The problem in Brazil is that we lack a serious athlete training program. Many talents are wasted...god damn JDS was working at restaurant before training mma.

We have like 3x as many athletic and explosive people here and our medal count is abysmal because you can't make a living from most sports and we don't have sports at college and many people do not have money to join a gym
