We all have our own goals whether you are a powerlifter or weigtlifter or what have you. Knowing that this varies from person to person with so many variables it is hard to really say when you have reached maximum potential. So I'm wondering what you natural guys have as short-term or long-term goals. I'd like to know weight and goals for lifts. I'm curious because I think guys at my gym who I thought were natural may be using gear and this has changed what I think I may be able to accomplish myself. Weight 270 goal 240 All raw lifts Squat short term: 525 Lifetime: at least 600 Bench short term: 325 Lifetime: 405 Deadlift short term : 570 Lifetime : at least 600 My short term goals I'm sure are attainable barring injuries. What about you?
