A lot of good suggestions already made in this thread. Be sure to check out Saturn Bomberman, too. Probably the best Bomberman game ever made.

Didn't that have a 10 player mode? Pure insanity.

I loved my Saturn. It's the reason why I can only play 2d fighters on a 6 button pad.

The Saturn (like the Jaguar) excelled in rendering 2-D games, but man did they have some good flying games like Nights and Panzer Dragoon.

Reminds me of playing Guardian Heores and the game getting really S L O W with all the pixelated madness happening on some of the battles. The screen would be FILLED with enemies and all of a sudden the skeleton warrior would go into DBZ mode and the whole field would explode. The combo counter would be in the high triple digits, the Saturn's fans would be spinning in overdrive to keep it from melting, and me and my little brother went bananas. It was the best of times.
