Second level blocked off for UFC Sacramento?

If I got free tickets to this I would probably go, but I'd still have to think about it.

Who the fuck puts these things together? UFC execs just testing the waters with the fans, seeing how low they can go.

The card has a few good fights, but its definitely not that strong of a card.

Bektic vs Emmett is important for FW

Faber vs Simon doesn't have any title implications. Kind of what is selling the card.

Elkins is on his way out. Ryan rarely fights and will never win a title.

Fili vs Moraes will be fun, but they are both mid tier, unranked fighters.

I dont give a shit about Randamie vs Ladd

I like the match ups, if Dariush didn't pull out it would have been a good card with a bad main event. Now it's just a mediocre card with a bad event

I was just looking at Ticketmaster and Stubhub to see how tickets are selling for UFC Sacrament (De Randamie vs Ladd) this Saturday, and it looks like the second level of the arena is blocked off for this event. When the UFC came through Sac back in 2016, both levels of seating were available, and the stadium was packed. Is this event so low in demand that they are completely blocking off the second floor of the arena and only selling seats in the first level? The Golden 1 center has a capacity of 17.6k people, and it looks like the UFC can’t sell even half of the arena for this event.

They did this once in the tmobile arena for the ghatjie vs Johnson fight. I bought the cheapest seats and ended up almost floor level. Its so the tv broadcast looks full, nothing more. Its a pretty terrible headliner but the rest of the card is decent.
