We have 37-ish million people in the entire country. It's just a tad more complicated in a nation with 300+ million.

I don’t really think so. Our economy is larger than yours by a greater factor than our population, so what’s the problem?

Just saying “You’re big so it’s too hard,” is a very illogical argument unless you provide some specific reasons WHY our size should make it more difficult.

I could just as easily and plausibly say that economy of scale should make it easier for us.

The non-government middle class is getting DESTROYED by health insurance costs right now.. Somebody would have been smart enough to say "I'll raise taxes an average of 500 to save an average of much more than that. As long as there is a net savings for the middle class who is having the hardest time right now, I'll be on board."

Not really. Just logistics implementation, but America is fantastic at that when we want to blow people up. I'm sure we can find a way to do it to save lives. The only burden we truly face is the political one.

I don’t agree that it’s unnecessary. It’s easy to perceive that Bernie and warren pay for it with taxes on the wealthy.

Also, he added in exchange for paying premiums. He was clear about the trade off.

The "yes or no" framing of the question ignores/undermines the obvious and logical answer that is concerned with total cost. Those sorts of questions are bad.

Total cost doesn't appeal to the middle class, it's how will their net income be impacted.
