What is funny is none of this can be judged except by black employees. I don’t see a 1-5 scale or any sort of assessable rubric to score how comfortable you make the other races in the office feel. (I am used to professional trainings where you can actually be scored in the training subject to see if you are improving)

I know it seems so futile, to just passively watch this unfold but it is the only real hope. While they move swift, we wait silently, for the right move(s) at the right time.
