What Jones did is called "Hit & Run" and is OBJECTIVELY AGAINST THE LAW

He was most likely under the influence as well (Jones has a history of DUI)

The fact that you're defending his actions, is fuckin baffling.

But he didn't. His car hit her car. And there was a third car involved. Saying he hit a pregnant woman (which sounds like he physically struck her with a fist) is nothing in the same area code as saying he got into a car accident and fled the scene.

So, no, he didn't, even with that stupid "albeit."
