Media SEAN STRICKLAND DOES IT AGAIN

Fluffy was never that good not my friend. Strickland was always the best, reference my posts #4738 #2247 #6852

Chimaev is basically Ronda Rousey? Lmfao

I don't even like the guy but sherbro... Damn.
What a bad take.
Nah. Rousey was considered unbeatable until she wasn't.

Come back in 5 years and see how this turns out.

Fluffy is an idiot for playing toy soldier's game. Why no takedowns? He was truly awful today.
That's it - Sean is gatekeeper - if you win with him you are elite if not - you are not.
MW is horrendous shape. It has only 2 elite fighters - Khamzat and DDP - and if we are generous this one trick pony in Strickland but I don't consider him elite - he is just awkward for guys.

Shape of Middleweight :

Khamzat Chimaev - elite
1 Dricus Du Plessis - elite
2 Nassourdine Imavov - A level, derailed by Sean
3 Sean Strickland - A+ level - somewhere between A and elite
4 Anthony Hernandez - A level, derailed by Sean
5 Brendan Allen - Somewhere between A and B category.
6 Israel Adesanya - B+ level now, way past his prime.
7 Caio Borralho - A level, derailed.
8 Reinier de Ridder - hard to tell. Somewhere between A and B.
9 Robert Whittaker - past his prime. Nowadays B level
10 Jared Cannonier - past his prime. Nowadays around B or B-
11 Roman Dolidze - derailed. B level
12 Paulo Costa - past his prime, B level
13 Gregory Rodrigues - nothing special B/C
14 Joe Pyfer - nothing special B/C
15 Brunno Ferreira - nothing special B/C

And people are complaining about LHW and HW. When MW has 2 elite fighters, few good and rest is B level or worse.

It’s because his wrestling isn’t that good. He just out cardios dudes with shit cardio. Strickland was way stronger than him in the clinch, he knew he wasn’t going to be able to get takedowns after that.

If that is what you mean, it probably applies to any fighter at the top if they don't retire early.

I thought you were mentioning skill, as in Chimaev being a one trick pony.

Very hard guy to outstrike and deal with … with the shit talk between him
And chimaev - sells a fight

Imavov so good and deserves it … but Sean DID beat him not too long ago .. so either works … just get Chimaev a fight asap
Strickland vs Chimaev would be incredibly easy to market. I’m totally on board for this fight.

Hopefully DDP vs Allen isn't signed yet, because DDP is the only fight that would make sense for Imavov at this point, IF Sean vs Khamzat gets made(which is should for a multitude of reasons).

I'm just hoping Strickland learns TTD more so than DDP did.

that was a dreadful performance by him against Chimaev.

It's so weird how effective Strickland's TDD is, like he doesn't have some crazy Usman sprawls, he basically just stands straight up and doesn't get taken down somehow

Given him a shot at Khamzat, everyone wants to see that fight no ones wants to see Imaovov fight Khamzat, Strickland can out wrestle Imaovov what you think Khamzat is going to do to him.

De'Sean gave fluffy the YouTuber beat down treatment. Holding the back of his head while uppercutting is diabolical.

TKO-maxing.
