News Sean O’ Malley: Humbled

Did anyone really think O'Malley was losing the fight before his leg gave out? This wasn't exactly the equivalent of Silva's loss in the second go round with Weidman.

I think that he was about to get chewed up with pressure.

Vera had gotten his timing down. Also, O'Malley has shown a tendency to slow down when he doesn't get the early KO, and Vera has a granite chin.

It was going to be a hard fight for him.

Well, I think he is actually a trash talker. Listen to this post-fight interview with Chito Vera, I have timestamped it :

That's classless of O'Malley, and I think shows some fundamental insecurity on his part.

Why should I care what you think? And really why do you care what I think?

I didn't post what I said to get people to try to change my opinion. I just said my piece. Have an opinion, I don't give a shit what yours is though.

Neither was the need for the stretcher but the poor baby needed to be wheeled out for what was essentially a Charlie Horse to the calf.

He sure as hell wasn't having his way and Vera adjusted - pressed and took away the range, checked some kicks and landed one of his own that led to the stoppage.

Guy is overrated and his fans are pathetically trying to grasp at straws to make sense of this because the ufc told them that he was special and the next big thing in combat sports.

He finally fights someone with a pulse and folds as soon as he gets in adversity.

Stop making excuses for Sean, Should Chris vs Anderson 2 be NC because of silva broken leg injury?
Except Chris was beating Silva up by dropping him in the 1st and KOing him previously. There was no doubt who the better fighter was. In this case, I argue the better fighter lost not because he was beaten.

That's ok pal, you just keep on being plain wrong you fucking twat.

You Can't Fix Stupid. <45><45><45>

This guy thinks he's Colby?

Colby is better than him and at least he fought for the belt unlike Sean and lets not forget that Coby was beating Usman on the scorecards before Usman broke his Jaw and that bad stoppage by Marc

You guys realize he easily wins a rematch right ?

Isn't that the 2nd time it's happened?
In the Soukhamthath fight with about 3min left in the 3rd O'Malley threw a head kick and it landed funny. It was like the side of his ankle rather than the foot or shin. As soon as O'Malley stepped back he started to kind of wobble like he did Saturday night. He was stumbled a bit because of it, and ate a leg kick and then Souk decided yolo i'll just wrestle him. O'Malley got back up and was hoping on one foot and Souk took him down again like an idiot. Same foot/ankle/leg as Saturday. O'Malley couldn't' stand on it, couldn't walk, was screaming after the fight. Unreal, 3min left in the fight O'Malley cant walk or step on it and his opponent keeps taking him down trying to wrestle him.

He needs to tone down his flashy moves. They work great vs entry level fighters. They expose your weakness to a seasoned elite fighter. He starts to read them and then you are fucked. His ridicolous amount of stance switches f.e.

I still think he can get far and has a natural ability for distance and movement.
Should work on the basics much more.
