Maybe there's an excuse for past cases, in the future these ladies need to know it's ok to take off instead of sitting down for relaxing follow up assault.

As to the other part, it's about the real heirarchies that exist in nature. When you're a lion, sheep listen even if they don't really want to; real slaves to authority. In equality-based society, they will have to try to take the lions claws and balls.
 
I think he can get off on technicalities. Seal is greatly an animal, and this woman I’m prett sure isn’t human.
