No I usually just eat liver a few times a month. I had liver three times this last week, which should cover me for most of the basics for a while. I take Vitamin D in the winter and that's it.
So I tried out Cron-o-meter. Gotta say that this is the best tracking app that I've ever used. Also, hitting the RDA for potassium during a deficit is a pain in the ass.
