Crime Scumbag Hasan Piker shocks his dog to keep her on screen on his stream.

wasn't he raised muslim in turkey? And now he's calling for blood in the streets and electrocuting his dog? Seems pretty par for the course.

People are raised a bunch of things, he isn't a Muslim today nor has he been practicing in the past decade or two. And wym calling for blood in the streets? Taking his quote out of context? He is a very polarized individual who thinks he is smarter than most, and says a bunch of things in hyperbole. Who was he calling to spill blood in the streets and for what cause? Do you even know? lol.

but it does seem like he is a piece of shit regarding how he treats his dog, no doubt.

These people are willfully ignorant. They want to pretend Hasan is just some random political podcaster, and not an Islamist calling for BLOOD IN THE STREETS.

These people are unhinged and they think it’s funny if you get stabbed in the neck on a train or shot. They think it’s funny if your family dies too.

I watched a few snippets of streams and read a few interviews he has and I will say he is very measured in what he says, which is why I don’t buy his justification of his 9/11 statement. He had plenty of time to think about a way to make that less bad. When I pointed out that he was a muslim, it wasn’t to insult muslims, it was to point out that saying America deserved the attack sounds even worse imo. And dude has been disciplined and suspended multiple times on that platform for calling for violence or making light of it.

He called for killing and “exposing the guts” of republicans and killing them in the streets-this was in an interview I read

So you didn't see any context of the quote, and instead read it from some 3rd party source trying to make Hasan look as bad as humanly possible? How about you find the video of him saying this, and watch 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after he says it, and see if you still have the same opinion.

Crazy thing to ask eh?

Hasan isn't Muslim, if you think that you are either ignorant or mentally challenged, I can't tell which one...

Nonsense arguments. We don't have to donate to charities to have opinions on animal abuse. And we definitely do not agree "it isn't a very big deal".

It's one thing to use a shock collar to train your dog to stay on your property. It's another thing to abuse a shock collar to force your dog to sit still for 4-6 hours, to be used as a prop for your stream. The latter is completely unacceptable.

Stop being a brain dead moron and stop defending this clown.

Of course you can have opinions on animal abuse, and anything else you want. This is the funny thing about the deification of cats and dogs and how emotional people get they can't even grasp the very basic that I'm not defending the person -- never have. There's nothing to debate here. I haven't gone through the thread post by post because the issue itself is so mundane, but I suspect nobody is advocating for the use of shock collars. This story isn't about the use of shock collars, it's about the politics of the person using the shock collar and can/should that be used to invalidate all their political stances that are unrelated issues.

I've just said it's not a very big deal, it's a stupid "controversy" and I feel it's a bizarrely unimportant issue when the unrelated issues we typically talk about war, genocide, etc. I don't even know if using a shock collar is illegal where he is, but this is pretty darn far down the list of concerns as I think it would be for most rational people. The person can pay the fine or whatever. But this is the war room, this forum has a ubiquitous pop up about not wishing genocide upon people, and I bet some would get more upset over the shock collar of a dog than the murder of people they don't align with politically.

Anyhow, I digress, and hope you never visit a factory farm and see how animals are treated there - your head mite explode. Unless you are some sort of strict vegetarian/vegan or ultra picky shopper you have extremely likely paid out of pocket for animals that are treated much worse to be killed and don't even think twice about it -- I know I have - even teh super immoral fois gras and the whole gambit. I've been to markets and seen dogs strung up and sliced open. Just like rabbits, cows, camels etc.

We are a selfish species for evolutionary and societal reasons, and heaven forbid a dog stay in the same place for too long or someone doesn't turn off the light bulb in the goldfish tank.

Most people wouldn't donate two dollars to a pet shelter. We can agree it's nice to not use shock collars, but we should also agree that this isn't a very big deal. This is about virtue signaling and weaponizing and it's a really boring made up "controversy".

The influencer space as a whole when it comes to the top 1% is fickle and self serving. Yearly multiple things always come up that the overall users can dogpile on to show hypocrisy or corruption. That usually involves a corporate entity that controls said platform doing nothing to protect their top earners. Twitch in particular is notorious for doing this ever since Amazon bought them.

If you arent a active member within this space its easy to rationalize this away as virtue signaling and or made up controversy. Which dont get me wrong is happening to some degree. For these platforms are prodominately used by individuals with high school mentalities.

Or you could not bend over backwards and just say he's a piece of shit for doing this to his dog.

Your rationalization that "bad things happen in the world, therefore we shouldn't criticize this" is infantile and pathetic.

lol. First off, the interview was in print and I read it-which I said in my post that you quoted-so maybe you’re the retard. The second thing is about him being muslim, he said he is muslim in a video I watched. He doesn’t sound like the most devout muslim out there to be certain, but that’s what he stated was that he was muslim.

There's nothing immature about realistic and nuanced perspective; regardless, you seem to resort to personal insults pretty quick to talk about someone else being "infantile" out the other side of your mouth.

So was shocking his dog in the video with the dial clearly set for "PAIN" a bad thing?

100%.

My biggest gripe with social media and influencers is the high school mentality. It tends to give life to folks that peaked in high school; both on the female side by providing the popular pretty girls an avenue for losers to simp too, and for prankster loud mouth boys.

Then you throw in bizarre post modernist philosophies (rejection of truth/knowledge/virtue) that really caters to children and results in adults acting like children again under a veneer of being an adult.

I’m quoting him directly. He said he wants blood in the streets among other things. He calls for violence against people he disagrees with and he was born in a foreign Muslim nation.

Hasan was born in the US, you're making shit up

He was born in the US lol.

One of the main things he repeats ad nauseam is that he hates violence, but believes in self defense 😂

Who is this dude calling for violence against?

Look at the shit going on in government right now.

Conservatives are desperate to complain about ANYTHING else.
