You might not assume they're safe for you, but they have low crime statistics. My town has 30,000 people and is as close to crime free as possible. Like maybe a DUI here and there? No violence. No theft. No robberies. Nothing. I can leave my garage open and cars unlocked. The next town over has a decent Latino population. We asked our real estate agent to take us there because it was about 10% cheaper. She refused. There are murders, robberies and gang related activity. She was right.

I refuse to ignore the reality I can see with my own eyes.

High poverty results in high crime, so people with money move to more affluent neighborhoods, which are generally safer.

It's a clear indicator of how racist conservatives are when black people who buy properties in these neighborhoods are accused of buying into "white" neighborhoods.

If you gave black people all the money you'd see white crime skyrocket. I'm not saying this should happen but white society has done everything it can to maintain white superiority for four hundred years in America. Redlining was pretty much yesterday when you consider how much of white wealth is generational, which has always been denied black people.

That is actually really sad.. I wasn't a big scott adams guy but I am thankful that his ex still loved him enough to be there for him when he passed. I reckon many are probably not that lucky.
