Congratulations on the squat PR, 10kg to go till 2.5xbw!

Thanks, I'm going for a 2.5xbw deadlift next week, well I'd at least like to get 155, 160 would be awesome though. umm, my wilks is around 327.718475 apparently lol, duno how good that is... I think the guys that had records on the PL australia website had wilks of around 500 or so lol, freaks.

Yeh, I think I'll come down on sat anyway, might go for my deadlift PR then.
 
Thats true they have gear... umm, can't get truck till next week :( so.. next week is tyre time
 
Yay, finnaly got the tyres :) also got to drive a tuck today... it was badass. Training with Breeze and powerlifting on sat too... althought I think I'm going out drinking friday night :icon_conf

130x4 - was just to get opinion on depth (was good btw) - I was told I need to work on keeping more upright at the set up, remember look up.

That was it today, spent a lot of time talking about lifting with this powerlifter at the gym decided I'm gonna compete in this meet next month on the 18th I think.

This was the last session done with my push/pull/squat routine, gonna change to sheiko #29 now. I might swap in some over head stuff seeings as I'm in the overhead comp, anyone got any idea about what to swap it for?
 
For Shaykoe, you could swap OHP for any non-bench pressing movement imo.. at the same percentages.

Lol, doesn't Dave just love to ramble on about crap? Or answer questions you didn't actually ask? Haha. Great guy though.

lol its funny that you've been drinking and the first thing you do when you get back is check sherdog :P lol, I would have done the same last night if I didn't need to get up this morning

lol How tall is he? I'm assuming he's pretty tall seeings as it looks like he's taller than the fridge. You said he doesn't lift ey?
 
Yeah doesnt lift just plays rugby. In year 7 he was a massive fatty fat fat fat, I'm talking like spherical.. and then just by playing sport he has become of regular (albeit large) stature. He's my height. 105kg or so.
 
So you gonna go in the powerlifting comp? I'm gonna go in it for sure now. lol Can't wait. :)
 
I'm 80% sure I will. Dave said he'd lend me money if I can't get the full rego fee. I'll speak to daddy and see what he thinks.
 
Didn't he say if you spot for someone then you don't have to pay rego fee?

First day of Sheiko #29 today.

Bench Press:

Squat:

5x75

Tried some shirted bench for the first time, took a while to get used to

1x105 - needed a bit of help through sticking point, brought bar down too low
1x105 - bit of help again, didn't get breathing right
1x105 - finally got it done properly
