No because there is an incredible amount of knowledge, technology and machinery behind all of this in specific environments under specific conditions for specific amounts of time. This is extremely calculated by some of the brighest minds in the world are behind this taking strategic planning and specific order.

Some people dont believe in a God, some think that there was nothing, then dirt, then people. So those people MUST think that an alien race would come from nothing or another creature in later years like an evolving man/bear/fish...... you know, cuz dirt can do more than what a science lab can.....

No problem I believe they are saying that they made a new strain of E. coli that can live without without the same DNA as what is required to sustain life on earth. I believe that is why they call it alien DNA? Essentially they created a new life form that can be used to test new type of drugs and treatments?

I don't think so. What they have done is pretty cool and impressive but yeah if they were actually creating life from non-living matter then that would be a game changer.

So it's a DNA with six bases instead of four? I wonder if any new enzymes would evolve in this strain to make replication and transcription more efficient with the extra bases. Not really sure if having two more bases is an advantage seeing as how the number of amino acids in existence isn't going to change.

More likely, it will die out quickly due to out competition by established life forms. Although the risk of this taking off and replacing our evolutionary tree is always there despite its low probability.

All life on earth has two-pairs of DNA. They created a life form with three-pairs. Well, they just "altered" an already living life form but they proved that it can live with two extra types of DNA, and that doesn't EXIST on this planet. So it is alien.
