We should pay teachers more and make it a competitive field where the best rise up. Right now it's garbage pay and looked down on, so people who are best fit to do it pursue other opportunities. Of course there are a lot of great teachers out there, but they do it because they love it, not because there's a real incentive.

I've been saying this since day one, judging by someone by immutabale characteristics they possess is racist and fucked up...teaching white kids that they are inherently racist will be psychologically damaging.

Let's be clear...these teachings are evil and will sew more racial discord than we could have ever imagined

The pendulum will swing back. People are noticing this and speaking out, and white people do have a voice, so as long as it gets called out it will be stopped. Have some faith.

No one should accept racism of any kind, and I think it would be helpful if all of us did acknowledge it when we see it. This dismissive attitude of “everything is racist nowadays” when other groups complain isn’t going to help if you want people to sympathize with racism against your group as well.

My wife is a teacher at a Catholic school, unfortunately they have much of the same garbage.

Surprised they have it at catholic school. They don’t do anything like that at the Buddhist school my kids go to.
