he is an inspiration to all the mentally disabled out there
a true pioneer imo
a true pioneer imo
He couldn’t wrestle either.Imagine watching Brendan Schaub do standup.
Andrew Schultz punched it up for himIm guessing he either had a writer or stole jokes.
He used a laugh track. Significantly.I assume they pumped laughing gas into the room every few mins?
Yes it can.I'll give it a shot. After last weekend at the comedy club I had to sit through two "female comedians" acts so it can't be worse than that.
Freudian slipScaub:. "They need to hire a dime piece actor..."
What??? Dime pieces are actresses, not dudes.
Look at this clown, I think we found an actual Braindumb fan.Work ethic. While most people go home, sit on their ass and watch tv he's always working on something. That's how you be successful. It isn't handed to you.
I'm just tired of hearing people say "How is he so successful it's not fair etc" when it's clear that he's a pretty good business man and a hard worker. I'm also in a industry where really talented people don't get noticed because they don't work as hard as they should. I see it everyday so I'm just calling it like it is.Look at this clown, I think we found an actual Braindumb fan.
Brendan does have a great work ethic though. Even his real comedian friends will give him credit for that. That's all it really does take to succeed so he's not wrong.Look at this clown, I think we found an actual Braindumb fan.
If you still watch UFC/ MMA you're just as braindumb... Gathering of the low iq masses who had no career.Look at this clown, I think we found an actual Braindumb fan.
Honestly I have no problem with Schaub doing stand up, I’m always happy when fighters find ways to make money once they are done with fighting. I don’t even think he’s that bad, he’s been doing comedy for about as long as I have I think he is better than a lot of people at my level.
With that said though, I really don’t get why he’s putting out specials, he’s just not ready for that at all. On average most comics don’t put out specials until they are like 10-15 years into their careers, I believe Schaub is about 6 years in.
Nothing against the guy at all, I opened for him before and he was cool and easy to work with. But his first special was horrible, and I don’t imagine this is much better.
Honestly to me he comes across like a lesser Rogan, someone who is quite a good conservationist but an unspired comedian, the kind of person its easy to listen to talking on a podcast/youtube video at lenght due to natural charisma but doesnt really have much comedy writting ability.
