The police asks for back up - OMON (swat) arrives (its like 10 of them in his building) and Aleks (drunk af) is threatening to take the gun away, then tries to do it.

He tried to take a gun away from a cop (a swat officer no less) and the guy didn't shoot him? Shit, in the U.S. there would damn sure be an investigation, you're right. Because the odds of that cop not opening up on him would be slim. I kind of assumed Russian swat guys would be the same. Good for Aleks that he didn't get 5-6 rounds in him out of that. He's crazy enough that he maybe figured "Well if this is how I go...so be it".

Sometimes I wish it was like that in Russia too... There is another clip of him trying to escape police in golden (literally) Mercedes, smashing two cars in the process...

Scariest would be the one most likely to be crazy enough to pick up a weapon and start using it -- say someone able to get their hands on an automatic rifle and start shooting up a mall or sporting event. Not sure who that is, but just by the law of averages there's probably at least one guy like that in MMA.
