So the plan is to go to two Scandinavian countries/cities the first week of April. We're going to be there 8-10 days approximately.

We have been debating which two (probably all we'll have time for) and I'm pretty certain we want one to be Denmark/Copenhagen. The other is a toss up between Norway, Sweden and Finland. Chances are well only be hitting the capital city of whichever ones we decide.

Trying to get suggestions on places and things to see. Iceland is out of the question. Any compelling reason to go to one over the other?

I've done Denmark alone, Finland alone, and Norway/Sweden as a combo. But only major cities in all, sadly.

If you're hellbent on Denmark, the Sweden is the obvious choice but keep on fucking driving through Malmo and get as far away from there as possible. Stockholm and Gothenburg both cool cities.

Come to Copenhagen, my home city.

I can give you some recommendations. Id go in the summer, unless you like the darkness and snowy weather.

If you want to go for long nature hikes, def Sweden / Norway, but that would probably be a vacation dedicated to that.

I know you like hiking, and we have some pretty beautiful areas to explore. Just be careful. Every now and then some foreigners plunge to their deaths.

Some of the finest scenic routes are up here.

Jealous, one day I would love to do the same before they become different due to migrants. I saw videos where Swedes say Finland is like their drunk retarded little brother. And Fins say Sweden is like their Gay brother. I love how Swedes live by modesty and Humbleness and don't like show offs. Concepts of Lagom and Jantelagen, meanwhile they are naturally beautiful people.

It would be a no-brainer for me. Copenhagen and Stockholm, two beautiful cities, and there is a direct train between Copenhagen and Stockholm that is comfortable, easy, and takes only about 5 hours. As for things to do and see in those cities, your Internet research is better than mine as you can theme your trip after what you personally like whereas since I don't know you I can't do that. I'd go to the ABBA Museum in Stockholm, for example, but maybe that's a waste of time for you.

I loved Copenhagen, plenty to see and do and fairly reasonably priced.

I went to Norway though just Oslo and Sandjeford but the cost of everything was ridiculous.

Finland is not Scandinavia.
But Helsinki is a nice city worth a visit.

Otherwise take Copenhagen then fly or train to Stockholm.
Plane is approx 1 hour train is 6ish hours.
You should be able to find good deals on tickets.

Then you seen 2 capitals, both are nice cities.
Very different cities, Stockholm as a lot of island and water.
Copenhagen is wonderful and I love the atmosphere.

And @Slobodan is the worst and smell like a fart.

Go to the red light district for a looksy.
Where?

@Cool Hand Luke talk to our bruv here about Denmark.

May I ask why Iceland is out of the question? I only saw the airport and a crappy airport hotel but from what I've seen apart from that it's stunning. I have no advice or knowledge but excited for you.
