Get used to it. We get super late winter now and slightly late spring. The wind is sometimes from the SW (wind generally blew from the SW across north America for most of recorded time).

Summers are much better now in the Toronto area compared to when i was a kid. It used be stupidly hot and humid. Now it's rarely humid and they put out heat warnings every time it's over 30C - LOL.
