One of my buddies and his gf broke up recently(they do this like once every 18 months, been together for 7 years or so now) and all this dude says is how it's over for real this time. He thinks that any girl who looks at him wants to slam yet he's slammed none of these said women yet, it's getting ridiculous now how he's blowing up all these girls trying to get them to hang out with him and making no progress. Can't wait for him to just get back with his gf and stop trying so hard.

Only time I ever had a bad time at a strip club was when I was shit faced drunk and on a ton of ecstasy and we went to a place called club midnight. Every girl there was like 200+ and black, I actually like black girls, I've dated 2, but these girls were beyond gross. Ended up getting in a fight outside because one girl kissed me and I threw a beer bottle at her.

Note the FACT that angus is reticent to admit the results of said "fight" - indicating that he most likely got mollywhopped LMAO!

I did bjj and boxing for a while. I can hold my own against most scrubs, and I'm 6'2 around 240. But there's a lot of dudes that could whip my ass, I'm no world beater.

You're actually 100% right. I do need to drop right around 30 pounds to be in really good shape. I'm working on it, have been a big time drinker the last few years. Got extremely heavy, all the way up to 275 at one point. I'm down about 35 pounds right now, would like to be 215 before summers over.

You are talking from your ass. Every body builder in the world lifts heavy weights. Not 1rm heavy, but still heavy weights.

And if you knew anything other than talking from your ass youd know that most powerlifting programs incorporate high reps.

I'd rather look good than lift extremely heavy.

Rather do both, and there is no reason you cant.

Looks are more about calories and bf %. More calories to build muscle. Less calories to show the definition. That is it.

"Heavy" is a relative term. Something that is light for me might be (def is) impossibly heavy for you. Again all you need is a good pump via -relatively- light weight/high reps. There's a reason why most power lifters are hilarious looking fatasses - powerlifting is a waste of time.

Don't know. Don't care. Again powerlifting is something fatasses do to pass the time. Most of them are former JV level linebackers who want to stretch out their HS glory via being a fat ass and lifting some heavy weight. It's just another machination of fat people to make themselves feel important on some level.

TBH - I've never thought about looking cool on forums LOL. Not sure how someone can come across as cool via text. I think the fact that you brought this up says more about your intentions than anything else LMAO!
 
A kid I know that became a powerlifter is pretty cut up. He still has more of a powerlifter look than a bodybuilder look, but he's definitely in shape. real little guy, 5'5 maybe 5'6 160 pounds. But he lifts everyone out of the gym.
 
Not too many people keep up with the sweet science of fatass lifting to know the 50000 weight classes there are. It's a gold star type level of competition where everyone gets a medal for giving it a shot. No money in it - pretty much an enormous waste of time. There's a reason why all you see are fatasses - powerlifting = no gains.
