When I was a younger man I used to go to the barber college to get cheap/sometimes free haircuts from the people in training. They always did a great job, but they were so cautious it always took forever.

If she was looking to slam though and gave a P4P haircut, you might have fucked up.

As long as your not getting some crazy looking explosive haircut than the college haircuts are typically fine. One of my buddies cuts my hair for free now since I always went to his school when he was training to be a barber. An hour for a haircut is a long ass time though. That girl definitely wanted to get slammed by pony.
