- chicken wings
- onion rings (kids love them)
- samosas (kind of random to throw in Indian food, though we had chicken korma last night)
- apple paczaki (it's local polish thing - donut - that everyone eats around Mardi Gras).

About 20 of us heading to my boys new house. Decided to be lazy and have most of it catered from a Mexican joint. Carne asada, chicken, carnitas, rice, beans, etc.

Got some jalapeno poppers cooking and about to throw some Thai and buffalo wings on the grill.

We're a little weak this year. We kind of eat only healthy food as a family and the SB is our one day a year to pump out the county fair food.

Last year we made all kinds of fried stuff, including mars bars.
