The hospital was no big deal in the grand scheme of things. I thought my kidneys were shutting down again but it turned out that I just need to lower the dosage of some of my scripts. Irma is whatever, we kinda have an automated protocol whenever we get a hurricane scare -- gasoline, water, park car somewhere not under a tree, etc.
 
Thankfully it looks like Irma will be down to a Cat 4 or even possibly Cat 3 by then. But it's been so nasty, if I had a car in it's path, I'd use it to leave or just assume it's done after the storm. This bitch has been flipping cars like it's nothing.
 
Only storm I experienced while in FL was just a tropical storm, and even that flooded cars that were left in the street

My neighbor had a sick RX-7 that was parked in the street. I think he was off on some business trip and was stuck just hoping it'd be ok. Nope

So everyone on the beach has to leave

As of right now we should still get super heavy rains and 40+ MPH winds lol

I mean, yea, we're going to be ok, but it's still going to do a fuck load of damage, especially for people on the beach.

And this thing only needs to start heading a tad west and we're all going to be fucked over here.

I don't blame anyone for leaving.
