When I look back at wrestling footage from when I was a kid I can only think of how I was too young to appreciate the amount of cocaine those dudes were doing.

I think the Cocaine abuse is the only reason Flair was able to pull off the mic skills that he did, I doubt he could ever do that in the beginning while sober.

You can call it cocaine abuse, but I posit that cutting wrestling promos is the number one greatest use for cocaine. Not abuse, just the right tool for the job.
