"Manchan" got wrecked.

I can verify sHE has no clue what sHE is talking about. I know Doughbelly IRL and hung out with him in Seoul. Not only one of the best posters on sherdog from the beginning but also great dude.
That dude is well traveled.

Finally caught Hacksaw Ridge last night, its easily one of the best war movies ever.

Definitely assuaged.

That being said, a topic i wanted to address with you Mr Dope. Have you had any experience with HRV gadgets on athletes? I have stopped following if the tech proved useful or not since 2012

I think Id only put Saving Private Ryan over it. Simply because Tom Hanks is da god.

....I'll tell you one thing Mr PUO.......Nothing beats the real deal...

Heart rate variability? I am not familiar with it. I've only recently read about it. Are you wondering about it as a training method or a way to monitor training?

I am a bit skeptical about it because what I've read talks about how this was an eastern European old school training method. I've never heard of it from my old eastern European coach and not when I went to eastern Europe to race many years ago.

It's a tech to monitor ones heart variability after training. Would be useful if accurate after gathering 2 weeks worth of data. One would know when to go hard with frequency or intensity in the gym or on the track. If the HV goes high during a training day active recovery or auxiliary movements could be employed to hasten the rejuvenation.

There are cheaper methods that are slightly effective, not empirically though but anecdotal.

Coaches of the past wouldn't know much about it as their expertise and overlook of the athlete is far better than any gadget really, this seems to be a rather modern tech. It's no different then using a camera to monitor bar speed for weightlifters.

Mr @RR

Ward and Kov will go upon the second battle of chaos. How will Mr Ward mitigate Kov's onslaught earlier in the rounds?

I'm thinking by altering the feints improving footwork will do better this time around and get him moving as much as possible to evade and push the pace to make him tired. Kov possess some delicious fast twitch muscle fibers that i will one day tas...I mean study....For the sake of conversation he is not effective in the latter rounds.
