Law Same sex marriage under review?

There's no argument to be made against same sex marriage, and there hasn't been ever since various governments incentivized and stacked the cards towards those who are married.

Excluding anyone from obtaining significant legal and financial benefits based on some flimsy whackadoodle religious bullshit is something only a complete piece of shit would attempt to do.

But I think most people see that by now thanks to decades of pushing.

Sexual repression is one of the fastest tracks to fascism. It also promptes a ton of black market style sexual fetishization.

I mean look how many threads we have of Republicans, people who voluntarily sexually repress themselves for their desired hierarchies, doing heinous sexual sh*t when they think no one is looking.

Should Churches be allowed to not admit black people?
Should you be allowed to not let a person enter your house?

Do you need to provide a good reason for this, or should you be able to stop them for coming in for any reason you want?

The whole "benefits for marriage" thing is a fairly old scam.

What marriage offers should be a right for all those in long-term relationships or cohabiting or whatever, but of course some assholes want to exclude/prevent some people from being married in the first place.

If marriage was literally just symbolic, hey, no problem.

But when the government gets involved, symbolism is off the table and it becomes purely political. That's why there is no credible argument against same sex marriages.

There are several major differences between a church and a homeowner.
Sure, and a church would never exclude someone because of the amount of melanin in their skin... but if they wanted to be exclusive then that's their right just as it should be the right of any other club or organization to exclude certain people based on whatever criteria they see fit.

I would love to just stroll into the playboy mansion, but somehow I have a feeling that I won't be allowed past the gate, and that's ok.

Discrimination good. More Discrimination

I dont care what people do as long as its in private clubs and such.

Liberals like you think you have to control everything and every body.

Are you fine with discriminate as long as its against say white people.

Not liberal. Just don't agree with discrimination

Freedom of association as long as they get no public funding and are private.

If a church say rents out halls for things then they have to follow the laws on that.

Do you agree with DEI.
