I think at some point Rickson,after the death of his son,lost something within he couldnt get back...but always entertained the idea of big fights for years after...just for amusement and keeping his name out there.

Rickson don't have punching power,,,yes, i stand by that the only way Sakuraba looses is gsp on the feet....on the ground, it's all Saku...

People forget Sakuraba made a name beating undersized gracies. He had some epic wins but still, beating mini gracies is not that great. Especially losing to old Royce.
