Media Sage Northcutt has a new career and it's not male stripper

BS, I know personally a few guys making fat stacks. Both in the local private scene and as well as the international corporate scene.
That's why I said usually.

There are successful real estate agents, and there are also many who make fuck all.

For every successful real estate agent there are dozens who make fuck all.
Sounds like every “very general” field.

Restaurants, whether its fast food or fine dining is just as much of a gamble.

An example of complete opposite is barbers though, shieet, that’s money on auto pilot, especially if you live in a small town or village where everyone knows everyone then you dont even have to market it. They dont even get taxed enough in any country i lived for some reason.

He got his face smashed by Cosmo Alexandre who was a weight class smaller than Sage (most of Cosmo career). Cosmo isn’t a big guy just incredibly skilled at MT.
I’ll admit I haven’t even thought about that fight in years, I do remember that Cosmo was an extremely good MT fighter. IIRC it was an interview with Mark Northcutt about some misunderstandings from Sage’s camp about fighting at welterweight,(170), which was what they originally intended, One FC shoehorned them into 185 using the hydration testing and this being Sages first fight with the promotion as the means. He also commented on how Cosmo looked especially juicy after a long layoff from competition. Apples or oranges you could interpret it as an excuse for the bad loss or something like Sage was coerced to take the fight at a weight he had no business fighting at, essentially middleweight.

He's gonna do this before exiting every room.

That would be cool if he really did that at every closing

Good money in real estate and all but this is disappointing. He was on a good win streak in UFC when he left for One which turned out to be a terrible move that ruined his career. He wouldn't have been UFC champ or anything, I mean he lost to Mickey Gall, but as a fan I wanted to see him fight some big names in UFC. He ducked Aoki and since then has seemingly retired. All the best though he has a great personality for sales and real estate.

Yeah Im surprised at this move unless he is being paid some special contract for his celebrity status? But surely he isn't that well known is he?

I would have expected him to have already made some decent money by now but maybe he is harder up than I thought.

Wish him nothing but good luck though always came across as a great guy.

Dude was blessed with 0.01% percentile genetics and he becomes a real estate agent? Dude should have put a solid year into acting lessons and made movies. Something where he can bank on his genetic gifts.

True, as others have pointed out, you can make decent money in real estate, but someone who looks like a super athlete shouldn’t be wasting that talent working alongside botoxed divorcees in a housing bubble.

Only 29 and moving from MMA... they threw him in the fire to early

Wish him luck

This is something he really could excel at. If you were to create a perfect salesman in a lab, it would look like him.

You think he throws it in there that he's a former UFC fighter every time he's trying to sell a house or nah.
