YeapCan't watch it yet, is it that match, which they had to stop prematurely, because the fire was just overwhelming?

It's a control thing. They wanted Sabu to just play ball, fall in line even a little bit. But that's not who he wasAuthentic AF. He would have been great in Attitude Era, I think, but much later on - yeah, hardly a chance to let him shine the way he does.
Still, that's kinda strange WWE didn't want Bill Alfonso to cut promos instead of him
That was a sick visual, I remember watching that. It seemed like the whole ring would just burn the hell down along with the guysYeap
Sad truth. I think I read something about his WWE days, something which said Sabu often fell asleep in a locker room when he wasn't wrestling in the ring, that's how bored he was with what he was doing back thenIt's a control thing. 60 years is a pretty long life for the average Pro-Wrestler.Brutal. 60 is too young to go.
RIP.
Even before the bad bump he took, that last match was hard to watch.
I remember that Mick Foley was briefly considering coming back recently but then thought better of it.
He did manage to lose a ton of weight by getting in shape though so that's good.
These guys just love performing so much
A true outlaw, a throwback to the olden days.He was like the opposite Goldberg/Ultimate Warrior.......gave so much to the business he loved, but got so little back.
