Ryan Bader: Cain beats Fedor every single time

Prime Cro Cop got brutally KO'd by Kevin Randleman and Gabe Gonzaga and Nog got boxed up by Frank Mir. They're not as good as you think they are. It's nostalgia and hype.

So if a HW loses at MMA then they're all nostalgia and hype?

Minakov confirmed GOAT.

Fedor is MMA royalty and all of the community treats him like shit.

Hoping Fedor humbles yet another UFC asshat.

How is this treating him like shit like. Firaz says max beats Conor and you love it, stop being a hypocrite

Fedor knocks Cain out. The thing about Cain is he thrives on pressure and backing fighters up and breaking them down with his pace. Fedor has never been one to be pressured and backed up, that is where he is most dangers as opposed to a JDS which was vulnerable.

If Cain came at Fedor with pressure he would get hit fast, if he maintained distance he would let Fedor get comfortable and get outstruck.

Amazing that 5 people managed to beat this unbeatable fighter. Guess Cain has to go with the "get lucky" route like they did.

and Mir was beaten by Fedor,

These day's probably. Fedor's prime, probably not.

impossible to know for sure. what we do know, is that fedor always brings up cain when he's asked about the best fighters of all-time.

Every time is an overstatement. But the majority of times, both in their primes, I would certainly think so.

I love Fedor, but Cain is a terrible match up for him.

Who is the idiot. You're saying nobody can say another fight would easily beat fedor lol

Don't change the topic. You accused me of some untrue bullshit and now you're backing off.

You're point wasn't relevant to begin with, so fuck off.

A lot of guys beat Fedor more times than not. He's more myth than substance. Not to say he wasn't a good, dangerous fighter, but his legend has more legs than his actual record and ability did.

This is moronic. He has arguably the best record of top wins of any HW fighter, ever.

Arona, Babalu, Herring, Schilt, Nog x 2, Coleman x 2, Randleman, Mirko, Hunt, Sylvia, Arlovski, Monson, Mir...

He is overrated, and a lot of the fighters he beat wouldn't necessarily be as successful today, or they were smaller. But let us not pretend Shane Carwin, Francis Ngannou, Fabricio Werdum, Antonio Silva, are categorically different. They are not.

Ppl just can’t accept that game evolves overtime n in a young sport like mma it evolves even faster.

When fedor was the best hw, most other hw were reality small (today’s lhw) or simply not that good, not to mention most were one dimensional.

Cain would simply be too big n too well rounded with crazy pace.

We’ve seen fedors holes on the ground when Bigfoot just took him down n was able to keep full mount.

He was also too wild at times with his punches.

Not saying fedor couldn’t win, but I would probably favour Cain (especially in the cage)

Bader has piss poor fight IQ. It would be a hell of a scrap but I’ll never listen to any fight predictions from him.

It's not that they weren't any good, it's that they weren't nearly as good as they're romanticized, same goes for Fedor.
