I saw a Youtube video about this incident dozens of posters are saying Obama supplied those ManPads to the rebells then on the same comment says WW3 looms.

Is there even a shred of truth to that? Obama and Hillary gave weapons to rebels?


Even if that is the case I don't think WW3 will happen just because of that downed pilot. I dont see Putin and his leadership as some sort of reactionary goon.
