I believe our volunteer who was squad leader and acting company commander in ukr legion and actually wrote book about it, quality of troops is a lot closer on ground and ukr does suicide assaults as well

Theres a massive amount of dumb stuff ukr military does and people die due to laziness/not give a fuck, one of most unprofessional stories was setting up tents near each other in open field because its easier to run electricity so leadership can charge their phones (im not kidding thats the reason given for that) which got missile striked in like next 12 hours
