The reason you dont see the video linked is because it is simply not possible to make any conclusions from it with any degree of reliability. It shows someone, half naked and bound led up a hill and then what appears to be a lifeless corpse dumped from what appears to be same little hill to a sandy pit, all filmed with a potato. All reasons why it has not been circulating outside of fringe circles.

He seems to have the most reasonable take on the war. The US/West has apparently had the explicit goal of isolating Russia from the Black Sea by attempting to bring Ukraine and Georgia into NATO. People don't think Putin should be allowed to keep a nation in a lower standard of living to maintain Russia's sphere of influence, but that's precisely what the US does when they install puppet governments. So there's a lot of bias and selective outrage.
