I saw this, and it was stated the Putin wanted drone tech from Iran. Why does Iran have super cool military drone tech that the Russian's don't have? Are sanctions limiting Putin's ability to replace military equipment liek drones?

I don't know.
Theoretically Russia should have higher level in aviation technique than Iran.
While Iran is so closed and secretive country, I have no clue about their drones...

By logic there are 2 variants: A. Drones are just excuse and real reason to travel to Iran is something else.
B.Drones aren't just excuse...

If Russia really needs drones from Iran, then...again by simple logic there are 2 variants ..
No1: Russia doesn't have enough drones ...
No2: Iran really does have something secretive and innovative...

Russia drone program is way behind. Iran fielded and used armed drones and loitering munitions way before Russia.
Kronshtadt Orion is the only UCAV that Russia currently has (that actually exists outside of a prototype or two) and only a handful has been built and it has not been in service for more than a few years.

At least I would assume due to Iran being sanctioned for so long by basically everyone they have developed some specialization in obtaining certain goods and materials around sanctions that Russia might need.

Hes speaking ukrainian, i cant translate since i only understand part of it (words that are similar to rus)

It’s not an explosion from a bomb. It’s a munitions dump going off. According to the tweet, it’s Russian so I would say that it is what they have we see blowing up

They were rather concerned about weaponry being sold by Ukrainians on the black market. Pretty sure they've said up a task force to try stop it... or at least monitor it

It's a major concern. Imagine criminal or terrorist groups getting their hands on easy to use anti tank or anti air missiles

In fairness... already has happened.

All depends on the language you use. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.

Well yes you can always say that, imagine the shock if a civilian airliner, police helicopter etc gets shot down in Western Europe though

Civilian Airliner was shot down in Ukraine 2014. I guess it'd be worse further west ?

Police helicopters have been shot down in Brazil iirc. Gang not terrorists though. Although that's just language again.

That's all I meant by these things have occurred already the location of the incidence didn't matter to me.

But you're correct the impact would be considered far worse in certain countries in comparison and modern weaponry is far more effective
