For you guys, This is why the T-90MS is pretty hard to kill, and why it was made a big deal.

We havent seen to much footage of RU T-90s

What do you not understand? They held up
12-15 BTGs of Russians for 80 days. Nobody ever said they were going to miraculously beat Russians back out of Mauripol and liberate the city. It’s also being noted that a prisoner swap has already been setup for these men.

I seriously, seriously doubt about POW swap actually happening in full.

um...

correct me if im wrong, but your not exactly suppose to show this footage from Air defense assets...

not sure if they are sharing anything important. I was the guy that put black boxes on a lot of sensitive video for public release. This was all for F15s and F117, usually blocked out the altitude, speed, heading, and some of the targeting info. I have no idea about a sam site tho. looks like they are protecting the left side of the screen, so i assume that's where the important location data is.

Whoa! Either this guy has a spiked beverage in his future or is a strong contender for next president once the Russians come to their senses and realize that they're being defeated.

No. Kremlin has long known his views and they let him in anyway, he is not some dissenter running from FSB screaming before he is caught.

I mean in regards to the fire control, they arn't GPS guided i think(?), how are they identifying/targeting the tanks.

Radar guided, but they aren't getting or have not gotten yet the newer model of Brimstone(though i think they are getting The Sea spear model). They are insanely advanced, and are basically a more advanced hellfire (well its a new missile, but thats the only weapon i can compare it to)

Model 3 of Brimstone is GPS guided, SPEAR 3.

Think of these as a mix between a hellfire missile and drone. You can fire them in vollys and they can hit multiple targets all at once. Seem to work great from that footage.

They ain't cheap either, something tells me the UK is making a commercial for these things using live targets

Or the guy's full of Putin I mean sh%t. There is a lot of speculation without actual facts in his details of the destruction of the T-90. He really reaches for this because Russia advance military looks pretty bad.

No doubt Lockheed getting huge jump in orders for the Javelin Putin makes a great salesman I hear first for NATO now Military contractors.

Russia could possibly have been part of NATO had they not acted so entitled about it. They wanted to be invited and skip the waiting period instead of having to apply for membership themselves. Talk about being a bunch of spoiled brats. They basically wanted some form of special recognition in the alliance.

Would have made life much easier for them in the long run and also made Europe and the rest of the world by defacto more stable and safer. But instead they prefered to go full villains and started bombing and invading their neighbours instead. Now they can kiss goodbye their chance of ever being part of it , well at least as long as the current regime of any of their ilks is in power. They fucked up badly

These are not the newest version, espensive sure. One landed in a field somewhere in Ukraine with motor section produced in late 2001, that is likely close to end of its shelf life.

We have something similar currently in development called AGM-179 though i dont know if its acts the same way as Brimestone or SPEAR 2/3
