It depends how we see God.

Even Papal empire swithched from....to a superempire blessing kings and dukes & other their vassals & crusades till .....propheting peace.
While they had best fundament for ideology cos race, language and skin color wasn't used for ideology.
Only belief system...

BTW like Nordic too.
Hitler had nothing to do with swastika.
Proper swastika is symbol of wind and nature. Nothing else.
Order and disorder...
Natural cycle, storm and sufferings, or ....usable wind direction, good summer and so on.
Counter clockwise is disorder.
Clockwise swastika is symbol of order...i.e indirectly peace.

While in some obstacles counter clockwise swastika is symbol of...war....
Stuff is >6000 years old now ..

In general, the operational pause continues. Both sides are finishing preparations for the upcoming battles. Perhaps each is "waiting for the first move" from the opponent.

Would f-15/f-16s actually be a game changer if we provided them?

is there still a blackout on Kherson AO? not much info coming out of that area and Ukraine making a big push.

Probably a @GhostZ06 question but definitely yes if they were the most upgraded ones with modern US electronics. I doubt that the government would provide those though; the risk of them, even wrecked, falling into Russian hands would be pretty high.

It's really going to depend on which variants they send, with what weapons, etc. These aircraft are pretty old and have been updated extensively over the years. big differences between different generations as far as weapons systems go. And some are focused for close air support while others are dog fighters. Some F-16s providing cover for F15E's with, even 10 year old, targeting pods would be devastating, imo. Would be crazy to see Ukraine establish something close to Air superiority.

I doubt the US would send the newest upgrades, it's more likely they would tap a partner country with aging airframes and shift the airframes from country X to ukraine with the promise of newer airframes or F35 to country X. kind of like the deal with poland where Poland sent tanks to Ukraine with the promise of US tanks to replace them.

Also, these will be worthless without ammunition and maintenance to support them. Obviously i'm sure that's part of the package but it's a big deal to use so many incompatible weapon systems and their unique ammunition.

he beat me to it.

Plus Aim-9X and Aim-120 are also combat proven missiles in modern days.

I could see us giving them F-16C/D BLOCK 30/32 and BLOCK 50/52

But apparently Ukrainians would prefer F-15s

Forgot to post some Context behind that claim

As well as defending against Russian aircraft, Ukraine has expressed its desire to also operate new fighters in the suppression of enemy air defenses, or SEAD, role. This is considered necessary to erode Russian ground-based air defenses but is a complex discipline that would require additional equipment and training to be executed properly. The call for the F-16’s specific SEAD capabilities was made by the two Ukrainian MiG-29 pilots on their U.S. visit.

More recently, there have been unconfirmed reports that Ukraine may actually favor F-15s or F/A-18 Hornets over the often-mentioned F-16s. This is apparently due to concerns over the safety of a single-engine jet like the Viper, with a twin-engine platform being judged more suitable for rough-field operations and better able to absorb combat damage.

F-16 has really good SEAD capabilities and i believe the AGM-88 can outrange S-300. Plus the BVR Range on the both planes would Threaten Backfire bombers

Also, i doubt there is much worry about losing an older version of an F15 or F16 to Russia or China. Russia already has a lot of the tech and designs, they just lack the capability and specialization to make the technology and China has probably already stolen it.

Eh Russia's problem is Putin's piece of shit party is loaded with corruption. Hints why they're still producing damn T-72 and T-90s while trying to get the T-14 off the ground. And PAK-FA is still not in Full rate production, while still trying to make mig-29s and su-35s which the T-50 is suppose to replace. They have yet to wind down Production of the Su-35 an shift to PAK-FA. Also the piss poor choice in merging the Ilyushin, Irkut, Mikoyan, Sukhoi, Tupolev, Yakovlev into one mega company owned by the state completely ruined the RUS aerospace industry

Oh I didn't know that about their aerospace divisions. Running their MIC like their gas/energy "companies" lol
