Energy wise russia has nothing they can give threats to us.Biggest thing we buy from them is black coal and we are moving away from it.

Drones are effective in open areas like ukr or middle east

Moment area changes to heavy forest or jungle effectiveness starts to go down (heat detection cannot see through treeline)

Good thing to have though, A.I controlled ones will be interesting

They're still pretty expensive compared to say a soldier equipped with a javelin.

The good drones and missiles anyway. Even the Turkish Baykars on the cheaper side are $2M a piece not counting the ordinance.

A Russian T-72 costs probably the same depending on the model. The cost with the tanks is really the crew.
