He hit you with that obfuscation.
Par for the course...
Asking for someone to substantiate something they’re posting isnt obfuscation. If some of you knew as much as you’d pretend to, you wouldnt take simple inquiries as “obfuscation”

The Pentagon doesnt even have an accurate or confident assessment of Russian casualties, but a bunch of sherdoggers do

That more Russians have died that in Afghanistan
You can save the personal insults
2,401 Americans died in Afghanistan in 20 years.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_military_casualties_in_the_War_in_Afghanistan#:~:text=There were 2,401 United States,in action during the war.

In Russia, even pro-Kremlin sources are estimating that the numbers are much higher than that already:

"On Monday the pro-Kremlin tabloid Komsomolskaya Pravda published some interesting numbers for the total Russian dead and wounded in Ukraine as part of a cut-and-dry rundown of the daily briefing by the Russian Ministry of Defense. According to the initial posting, the Russian military has suffered 9,861 dead and 16,153 wounded in Ukraine since Vladimir Putin expanded his war there on February 24."

According to "conservative" numbers from US military intelligence at least 7,000 Russian solidiers had been killed in Ukraine as of March 16.

The last Official Kremlin casualty report was 498. But that was on March 2. That was one week into the invasion. Even if you just pro-rate the Kremlin's numbers, which are almost certainly WAY low (its not even legal to call this a war in Russia, after all), they've lost more troops than American did in 20 years in Afghanistan by now.

Most people polled said yes to a no fly zone.

People are dumb and have no idea what the consequences would be.

They don't even know what it is, that's why. The same polls, if worded differently, show people don't want any direct US military involvement.

Basically the no fly zone poll is worthless because it's only showing the ingnorance of the populace as to what a no fly zone means.

Hahaha, no. You are just wrong. People don't support a no fly zone, are you dumb. Nobody wants a nuclear war with Russia. The one who can't think is you.

Polls show many Americans in favor of no-fly zone, but most do not fully understand the ramifications of imposing this order - Northeast Valley News (nevalleynews.org)

A poll conducted by Reuters/Ipsos show that nearly 74% of Americans are in support of the United States and NATO establishing a no-fly zone, while a lesser known poll, YouGovAmerica poll shows that 45% are in favor and 35% are undecided.

Come again? ZERO reason to do a false flag when 74% of people already support a no fly zone.

The NYT article is bunk, we went through it yesterday and Komspoyayayayyaay isnt a credible newsource.
So we have no credible numbers

If the Gov wanted to they could go along with it and people would support it, because they are ignorant as you point out. That's the problem.

“A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses.”

As for "the west", I don't really care if they're Rusophiles or Rusophobes, I'm just sick and tired of Russia fucking itself up all the time and making common people pay for it - like for example RIGHT NOW. If normalizing things means purging the entire political class OR decommunization OR full demilitarization OR even foreign occupation (like in Germany post WW2) - again, if this fixes the shit Russia's been swimming in since the 11th century, I'm 100% in support.
Hell, I suppose that even a Chinese takeover may potentially be better for people in the long run. At least Russians can have the "strong leadership" they seem to always enjoy while the economy could finally (maybe?) flourish. Unlikely scenario tho.
Those are tough realities. Nothing really to add that would not sound lame or patronising.

Did those 74% get a follow up question regarding what a No Fly Zone actually entails?

"Reuters did specify however that, “It was not clear if respondents who supported a no-fly zone were fully aware of the risk of conflict, and majorities opposed the idea of sending American troops to Ukraine or conducting air strikes to support the Ukrainian army.”

I'm not even saying I want this to happen, I'm just pointing out exactly what you said. No reason to go through the trouble of a false flag when most people would be OK regardless.

I don't think we would ever fight Russia in a conventional war anyways. We would have logistic troops and thats about it. Hell we already have them in Poland and the Baltics.

So....how would having a nuclear exchange with Russia be in the interests of the American people? Why are we risking this possibility again? And what right do our so called "leaders" have to put us in this dangerous position? Its almost like they're deliberately trying to destroy the country
Would you let your neighbor do anything he wants just because he has weapons? He can have his dog shit in your yard, snip the roses from your bushes, help himself to your fertilizer, invite friends over and have them park their cars in your driveway? "Well, better not say anything since that Mike sure is a hot head, and he has all those guns..."

If this ends up in any kind of nuclear conflict it's because Putin is a madman that would rather see the world destroyed than fail in rebuilding the mighty Russian Empire.

Was US military intelligence "bunk" when they warned that Putin was planning a full scale invasion of Ukraine?

It's pretty convenient when your side offers no information, but you get to dismiss all the other side's information out of hand as "bunk."

Why hasn't the Kremlin released numbers since March 2?

No one has died in this 1 month long special military operation. Move along.
Fixed, Comrade.

Did you get a chance to read that fact check about Zelenksy’s embarrassing Knesset speech i posted your way yesterday?

Bayraktar TB2 guiding what looks like MRLS strike and then TB2 dropping MAMs in the next sequence. This time most flight data censored, sadly.
