Looks like no Gogol Bordello concert in Kyiv this June.
Even if you take the lowest estimate, Russia has still lost more troops in a month in Ukraine than the US did in 20 years in Afghanistan. How is that "things going well" for them?

Well, you must always entertain peace talks just in case, but you’re right, he has been lying the entire time even before any peace talks, or talks to de-escalate before invasion.I'll say one thing though, only morons believe Putin will accept a peace deal of any kind, unless his shit is getting pushed in for real. If there is any kind of back and forth action war, he is prolonging this mess for years only to put Ukraine into a submission. And I'm starting to be skeptical about the effects of the sanctions. He doesn't bother being isolated. Those who are against his ideas have either fled already this month (around 200k) or will flee in the coming months. The others will keep their mouths shut.
It's pretty much one of the two scenarios. It's either a years long war with Ukraine being forced to submit (at least technically) or the West grows a pair and gives Ukraine real weapons (not just anti tanks and stingers) and they kill as many russian soldiers as it becomes unsustainable for Putko. Hoping the numbers of several thousands of KIA russian soldiers are true and the second scenario will come into fruition. Again, just hoping.
I'm not pro war but Putin knows going nuclear would mean the end of Russia. He's trying to use it as his checkmate but the reality he has no intention of using it in Ukraine. NATO is stepping up their military fire power on the boarder of Ukraine as they fully expect Putin to order strikes on positions just outside of Poland and other NATO Countries. He has been slowly bombing closer and closer around 20 miles from the boarder of Poland. I think he could use a MOAB like bomb to scare Ukraine and Russia tested the largest non nuclear bomb after US used their MOAB in Iraq.Do you have access to Western media?
NATO will never enforce a 'no-fly' zone in Ukraine.
Russia can have the Ukraine. It is not worth a 3rd WW or a nuclear war.
Are you in danger of being drafted by the Russian Army?
* "Military service is compulsory in Russia for males 18 to 27 years of age. The length of military service remains 2 years."
See if you can join the Navy or Air Force. Less chance of seeing combat. Learn how to operate a radar.

Bro, BBC isn’t reputable. Russians aren’t dying. This is fake news. Did you count the bodies? Show me them or else it’s bullshit, ok?NATO has said up to 15,000 Russian soldiers have been killed, with the estimate as low as 7,000.
It said a total of between 30,000 and 40,000 Russian soldiers have been killed or injured.

If the minimum dead is 7,000 and the minimum dead or injured is 30,000, then Ukrainian intelligence isn't far off the money.
Not BS and there is plenty of video online of Russian soldiers being blown out of their tanks and armor transports. You can see bodies flying as high as 30 feet in the air. The Turkish drone has been amazingly effective and Russian tanks have been been fixed to resemble bird cages on the top of them to slow the drone attack.Bro, BBC isn’t reputable. NATO still has a vested interest in making Russia look bad. The estimation was calculated in the fog of war and in a very opaque way.The BBC is reporting information provided by NATO.
It makes no sense to say "BBC isn't reputable".

Intelligence has been spot-on so far but that isn’t reason to have complete faith in the numbers.
WowFirst of all, Russia doesn’t have a goal of taking Ukraine in 2/3 days, it certainly has the firepower to do it, but that would leave Ukraine completely in ruins with millions dead. They didn’t surrender and they want to fight.
Russia started this operation with about 200000 troops while Ukrainians have 250000 troops.
The current tactics is creating multiple fronts, tying Ukrainian military groups in different locations, cutting them off from supply and centralized command.
The major cities are encircled, but nobody wants thousands civilian deaths hence they don’t storm the cities.
The current tactics is precision strikes on military objects, destroying the supply lines, fuel warehouses.
Strategic goal is finishing off the Ukrainian military group in the east near Donetsk republic, then encircling all major cities in the East and getting Zelensky to sign whatever they want him to sign.
The operation’s main goal is civilian preservation hence why it’s taking much longer than some might expect.
That’s your brain on Russian state TV
