They actually are spending more % on military budget than is reported in official reports.
A. Part of military financing is hiden as financing for research .... cos a lot of civilian applications are used by military.
B. Part of military financing is from ....funding for civilian infrastructure upkeep and maintenance and building.....
You know, not weapons and ammo but.....wow, civilian stuff used by military ....
Starting with bags for sand etc, cement, armature, reinforced concrete panels, drainage pipes ( Starting from mainstream plastic stuff and ending with ...heavy, large diameter pipes from reinforced concrete " tubes " sections....
Etc stuff....
As in USSR era too...nothing had changed....

Indeed.
No sign of Russian economy collapsing now or the near future. Worse case scenario, it will be propped up by another country (countries) as is the case with Ukraine today.
 
I somewhat assume that if about Gaza shit when Benny will be gone, MOSSAD will have to answer damn a lot of questions, Knesset already months in row had worked very hard without day offs to prepare long lists with questions. Knesset maybe will demand public questionary and MOSAD offcials will be forced to answer in person in public mode....

1. How so deep and complicated tunnels networks digging and installation had not been noticed by MOSSAD, especially cos Israel taxpayers and voters had paid billions their tax money for seismic detectors?
Plus if to add reality how much taxpayers and voters tax money had been spent also for seismic monitoring and research...for a reason.. during decades in row.
# a lot of lawmakers in Knesset wants to investigate also quality of seismic monitoring and how properly taxpayers money for this had been spent during decades...

Ofc for voters in Israel might be understable that their opponents might install some 3000 hided missiles and launch them in one moment.

Another question is seismic survey and monitoring. Israel is known as highly developed nation in this field some 40 years in row.
Even PhD students from europe are using exchange options etc... and for this is paid good € £ ...
They aren't dumb... they are highly skilled by advanced western euro and U.K measure scale.

With this obiviously isn't easy undetected to dig tunnels networks and build underground bunkers in Gaza.

EC will inqure Hungary and Slovakia about diesel supply for Ukraine.

For situation if they will block manufactured in Slovakia and Hungary diesel fuel export : they some months in long row will do nothing.

If they will block also diesel fuel transit for Ukr ?
Will be 0 subsidions payments AND sanctions.

For such scenario Fico and Orban had prepared threats to cut off electricity export ( including transit ! ) for Ukr.

Trump multiple times had confirmed that he will not allow other countries to limit U.S weapons and ammunition sales. In no case.

☆ next sfuff : Lavrov and Peskov had again confirmed that they will not tolerate any western forces stationed in Ukraine after peace deal.

What issues? I thought the thing was flying flawless. Now Zelensky can level Moscow and end this conflict. What happened to the modified Neptune missile? That too can hit Moscow. Let us see which city gets leveled fitst: Kiev or Moscow.

Surplus, 'hand-me-down' equipment.
Easily destroyed by Russian drones like the M-1 tanks and Bradleys from the US. I thought Germany and France were buying newer stuff for Ukraine to use. Maybe they too are getting tired of using their money on this conflict. Italy has already seen the writing on the wall.
 
Shilka with 4x23 mm autocannons is outdated system. It's production therefore had been endend in USSR era, when as replacement had been developed Tunguska.

Tunguska does have 2 - 30 mm autocannons with longer effective range than 23 mm autocannon might provide.
Also 8 misssiles with effective range 8 km, later upgraded missiles range had been 10 km.
 
Shilka does have cons cos too short for modern war effective firing range. Also very weak radar: it was designed to detect helicopters like Mi 2, Mi 8.
For small drones it is almost useless waste of effort even to switch it ON.

However Shilka's autocannons are very durable and trustable weapons...
 
Even before 2022 th some countries with Shilka in arsenals started attempts to modernize Shilka by replacing old radar with more capable radars...plus were projects to install modern laser rangefinders and modern EO tools like thermals and optical stations...

Also it is possible to add MANPADs launchers to Shilka, Poland is doing this.
