He is and if will continue annoy admins with PM with crying how bad are users here with supposed former major ( commissioned officer with uni level military education plus additional courses and positive evaluation reports and characteristic pus reccomendation for promotion from commanders might be promoted to major rank in U.S military ..... ).

Major rank for NATO ground forces mainly means that person is capable ( but not limited with this ) to serve during wartime as batallion commander.
Peacetime batallion is 500 - 900 pros, usually.
Officers in leutenant - colonel and colonel rank are supposed to be used as batallion commanders in special cases or if it is special tasks units b or something technical etc.
Plus additionally batallion in wartime will have mobiks too added....

Regular batallion commanders usually does have captain or major ranks.

That is a complete lie. I don't know what conflict you are referring to. This is the Ukraine/Russia conflict thread.
Stop talking about Russia and talk about Ukraine. How big is the Ukrainian Army? How many casualties did it have over the past 30 days? How many new soldiers has it been able to recruit and keep?

Indeed, but Russia won't be doing that anytime soon if at all.
It wants closure to this Ukrainian conflict on its terms and time to recover and consolidate after that.
Again, the longer Ukraine keeps fighting, the weaker it is getting. They have taken the bait and are now facing high attrition rates.
...but no-one talks about that. Talk is only about how Russia is failing and losing. How successful Ukraine is. Both statements being false.
