It is well known that zelensky adminidlstration is reluctant to station Patriot in Odessa oblastj.
Also France more cares about Romania than Ukr.
If they supplied, they might had ordered to install closer to Romania ...really possible.

With a lot of clauses.
Ukraine does have also other debts vs Japan.
Now they wants more money. Cos they doesn't have for pensions etc too btw....
Most likely part of Ukraine colonium will be on paper sovergein country ....
ECB had repeatedly refused to sign warrant letters for this discussed loan....
So solutions are 2 variants: to pay 4 500 000 000 $ in February ....
Or to get additional financing.
