The Ukrainian military of 2026 is no longer the Ukrainian military of 2022 and 2023. Things have only gotten worse and will continue to get worse. The same cannot be said of the Russian military. They are still in Ukraine. They are still fighting, and now gaining ground after causing high Ukrainian casualties.
