According to ukr Russia had used Smerch 300 mm MRLS systems, Uragan 220 mm systems, Grad 122 mm systems and North Korean 240 mm and 107 mm systems for MRLS rockets, Iranian drones clones and gerberu drones, also gliding bombs and S 300 air defense missiles in ground to ground mode..
Also drones with fiber optic and drones with radio links.
 
While inherently S 300 missiles is possible to use in ground to ground mode since 1980 ies. They aren't precise in such mode and might create significantly lesser damage than Thocka U or Iskander missile.

However to manufacture these is actually de facto more expensive than Iskander missile.

While launchers ofc for Russia are in reality cheap to produce and they might do this quickly without problems.

Question is : does Ukr lying or Russia had decided to use old, after shelf storage term reached ...missiles.

Ukrainian MIC 1992- till today appeared not capable even to produce Grad 122 mm 1970 ies clones nor even normal cartridges....this real de Militarizaton Zelensky and verhovna rada are responsible about by 100%.
They had appeared capable to produce Stugna ATGMs and Neptune obviously cos export potential.. allowed by their bottlemates in west and Russia and China.

Why someone will not ask simple question: why properties owned by ukr bottlemates and friends aren't hit but plebs are testing war laboratorium? Cos elites are bottlemates.

There long ago are very deep and based on realistic arguments suspicions that Zelensky administration with clear intent is saving future mobilization resources for Russia for war vs Europe to keep enough meat ready for this and also are doing all the best in their abilities to utilize poor 35 + y.o ppl in order to save in future pensions payments.

They also are openly suspected with amazing activities like reconstruction near frontline etc maybe in order to steal as much € as it will be possible and pray God that Russia will bomb object and better if will occupy said object because then audit will be not possible to do etc reality.

Ukrainian lawmaker does have brother who is student in U.K and had also purchased mortgage property...and so much loves Ukraine.
xxx prosecutors and judges are disabled persons.
Disability benefits in ukr are very small however disabled persons does have more tax reduction from income and judges & prosecutors salaries in ukr are high if compare with plebs like programmer and engineers.
In one oblastj 49 % prosecutors and 40 % judges appeared that are on disability benefits...
