Russia had started to tackle out from storage more 130 mm guns. Usually these were used for navy and coastal def batteries, therefore standard ammo for USSR field arty was 122 mm and 152 mm...
They doesn't produce 130 mm ammo anymore irl...therefore most likely North Korea is ammo supplier...
