Yes it is mandatory part of their culture. Like to have their own history version different from all other parts of world does have.

There is stuff that crybabies aren't EU ...they are Austria, Slovakia and Hungary....
Also there are a lot of technical idiotisms spreading as false info in internet, mainly by some bloggers and trolls.
I will explain technical details about their idiotism level like entertainment but this might work on random ppl without interest in technique... in next post.

Since Urals blend usually does have more sulfur % than WTI or Brent...it is peace of cake to process in refinery previously used Urals also the same WTI or Brent mark crude oil and even with lesser expenses than for Urals because these does have ( usually ) lesser sulfur content and therefore lesser number of columns might be used...
There ofc is big difference if you need to process crude oil with high sulfur % and additoon of metallic stuff...
However some big refineries in europe does have 0 technical problems to process even stuff from Venezuela or Canadian heavy crude oil or even more sulfur rich heavy crude oil...

Situation is more worse than some payroll.
To kick out Slovakia is too fast decision because their geo political stance depends from elections results.

Houthi likely designed by Iran flew through Israel iron dome and hit Tel Aviv in a surprise attack that shows how advanced Iranian drones have evolved over time.
