The media in Israel can do whatever the hell they want. They were damn near publicizing the location of the damn air defense during the tit for tat with Iran which was was insane to me.

If you're going to do an apples to apples comparison then either compare media to media or government officials to government officials.

By contrast RT/ANY RUSSIAN MEDIA IS THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT. I didn't know this had to be spelled out to you but I guess here I am. There's no such thing as independent media in Russia. All Russian journalists are effectively FSB agents. They have as much authority as whatever minister you despise in the Israeli government which cannot be said for a random Israeli journalist or host. Also compare someone like Vladimir Solovyov to any Israeli media host and and ask yourself who wields more actual influence within their respective countries.....

2. How they are used.....

Putin, back in 2002, never said he 'had no problem' with Ukraine joining NATO. The word 'problem' is never mentioned. What he was saying, and referring to, is the fact that Ukraine can make its own decisions, but that does not mean that Russia will support it. Russia hasn't and will never support a Ukraine being part of NATO.
