I will tell some things about Russia's mistakes.
1. Treatment of POVs.
If treatment was good or in worst for Ukraine scenario ...they had been told just to drop weapons and go where they want... then Ukr had collapsed long ago.
BTW Napoleon in some cases did such stuff.
2.
Russia is hoping that by exausting civilians far from frontline with strikes they will win.
However it had opposite effect.
If war is far away somewhere, then population had been more angry about inflation, rising taxes and duties payments etc....
When they see missile falling somewhere near them, they better bear economical shit around them and more see Russia as dangerous enemy....
So gubbermint might easy to rise duties and tax payments, ppl more cope in peace with inflation and unemployment % rising etc....
BTW in 2021 th Zelensky popularity had started to decline because even some % of pro ukr hardcore nationalists started to accuse Zelensky administration and Cabinet of Ministers ...about too high INFLATION %.

Ukrainian landlords in some cases are very like hungry hienas and are rising rent prices etc in areas where far from frontline. You don't have money on the table: there is street where to live.
Ofc not all are like this but some are even, sorry, more merciless than commies during wartime or criminals...this too is sharp reality.

During WW1 and WW2 for example medicine students ( nurses, doctors etc related ) had to work in hospitals in their free from studies time. Yes. A lot even volunteered to do this for free, some % from them even had donated stuff they had or money.
The same technical stuff , chemistry etc : a lot of students ( unis, trade schools ) had continued and were used in factories, labs, power plants etc... stuff called shifts. 12 h, 24 shifts etc. As long as it take ....
If government can't implement real wartime economy it can't win large scale war.

BTW some from demands for example to make russian language as official one are smokescreen for naive plebs with sheep level brains.

Got to love when Russian planes are so poorly serviced their wings randomly fall off mid flight....
I mean.... Russian planes gloriously throw off one wing to make the fight more even...like fighting with one arm tied behind their backs because they are 'winning'...5D chess ..

Had to watch video multiple times to figure out what exactly happened, I'm sure other pilots will be a bit on the nervous side when flying their maintenance free jets.
However looks that russia will occupy all ukraine sooner or later.
For west now priority is Israel and other things, North Korea will continue to rack up supplies etc. Maybe later Putin will demand to occupy all ukraine, he might be happy to see this. Transistria in Russian Federation too, ofc.

Looks like Rus is losing steam. They promissed massive payback for Operation Spiderweb and all we had was couple drones and missiles like many times before.

Putin had well probed west real reaction about war in Ukraine and decided that it is peace of cake for him.
Therefore he might continue small special operation in Ukraine for long time....
Slow advantage and territories gains in snail peace from KGB point most likely are good thing : if frontline moves closer slowly, from civilians in area remains....who doesn't care who will rule village or...these who are waiting Putin...therefore after occupation such villages is easy to control.....
Also most likely Putin and his circle & oligarchs had adapted for slow small special operation in Ukraine.
Most likely even in reality are comfortable and statisfied.
Therefore he might continue small special operation in Ukraine for long time....

Commanders IMHO too does fear a lot to loss any area taken. Therefore better to dig in after took some area and then move forward.

I think UKR hitting military targets non stop has added up. putler wastes his valuable munitions on trying to kill woman and children.
Ukr does have a lot of fake HIMARS launchers and fake other stuff. They had get a lot of such stuff....some best from these from some 50 m distance looks like real one.
On these russia is using a lot of missiles etc.
